Ideally suitable for the Reichmann grinding machines PROFI 4 (VARIO), PROFI B (VARIO),
SF-2/Pro, RS2000, SF-3 BS, CUB.
This belt is used after tuning to obtain a fiber-free and smooth surface. Because of this, this belt is perfect for finishing.
Recommendation: Use with high feed speed, slow belt speed and low feed weight.
Warning: Provide adequate cooling and a slow belt speed. The correct concentration of the grinding additive is also very important. For measuring the concentration, a refractometer (item no. 1028145) is recommended, because the correct concentration of the grinding additive prevents the belt from sticking quickly and increases its service life.
