Side edge tuning belt
Side edge tuning belt for Wintersteiger MCR 800/1500, SEL, KNS, MPS.
This belt ensures a finer surface and a grinding pattern with few grinding marks. In order to get a slightly hanging edge for the edge tuning, a grinding pass with a max. 60 shore contact roller is recommended.
Recommendation: Please note that new tuning belts have to be broken more than base / edge sanding belts.
Warning: Ensure sufficient cooling and the correct concentration of the grinding additive. A refractometer (item no. 1028145) is recommended for measuring the concentration, because the correct concentration of the grinding additive prevents the belt from sticking together quickly and thus increases the service life.
