With this grinding belt you increase your processing speed while improving the surface quality at the same time. This ceramic grinding belt also achieves economical grinding thanks to its continuous self-sharpening and its long service life. The self-sharpening effect is caused by the fact that in this ceramic grain fine aluminum oxide crystals are linked together. By breaking during the grinding process, these crystals are broken out, so that new sharp edges are created again and again.
Recommendation: Break the belt slightly before using it for the first time. The removal of the belt can be regulated with the speed.
Warning: Ensure sufficient cooling and the correct concentration of the grinding additive. A refractometer (item no. 1028145) is recommended for measuring the concentration, because the correct concentration of the grinding additive prevents the belt from sticking together quickly and thus increases the service life.
